Terms of service

Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of snowandmutt.ca and any purchase from Snow & Mutt ("we", "us"), a business based in Beaumont, Alberta, Canada. By using our store or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, for example if a product is unavailable, a price or description contains an obvious error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order after you've paid, we'll refund you in full.

Prices and payment

All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). Shipping is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. We may change prices at any time, but changes won't affect orders we've already accepted. Payments are processed securely through Shopify's checkout.

Products

We try to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colours may look different on different screens, and measurements may vary slightly. Please check the size chart before ordering. Our products are accessories for pets and are not medical or veterinary products. Always supervise your pet when they use new gear, and stop using any product that causes discomfort or irritation.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy are part of these terms.

Use of our website

Please don't misuse our website, for example by attempting to disrupt it, accessing it by automated means without permission, or using it for any unlawful purpose. All content on the site, including text, graphics and logos, belongs to Snow & Mutt or its suppliers and may not be copied without permission.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws, including Alberta's Consumer Protection Act.
