Snow & Mutt ("we", "us") runs the online store at snowandmutt.ca. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. Order and contact details: your name, email, phone number, and shipping and billing addresses.
Payment information: payments are processed by Shopify and its payment partners. We don't see or store your full card number.
Order history and communications: what you bought, and any messages you send us.
Device and usage information: collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit.

How we use it

To process, ship and support your orders, including returns and refunds
To communicate with you about your order and reply to your questions
To prevent fraud and keep our store secure
To improve our store and, if you agree, to send you marketing emails. You can unsubscribe at any time.
To advertise our products online, including on social media platforms, based on your activity on our store, as permitted by law

Who we share it with

We share only what's needed to run the store:

Shopify, which hosts our store and processes payments. See the Shopify Privacy Policy.
Our fulfillment partners and shipping carriers, which receive your name, shipping address and phone number so they can deliver your order. Some fulfillment partners are located outside Canada, so your information may be stored or processed in other countries, where the law may give it different protections.
Advertising and analytics providers, such as Meta, Google or TikTok, if we use their tools on our store
Authorities, where we're required to by law

We don't sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep order information for as long as we need it to fulfill orders, handle returns, and meet our legal and accounting obligations.

We may need to verify your identity first. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
